This was a Complete Restoration Project. It consisted of:

•  Removing and replacing existing 3 coat stucco

•  Sheathing

• Integrating new flashing's around windows,

• Installing kick-outs at the roof area,

• Wrapping the building with new Grace Vycor enV-S wrap.

• Replaced Windows

• Exterior Trim

• Installed A Proper Weep System

• Fixed Negative Sloped Balconies

• Re-framed Where Necessary

• Removed and Replaced Stone

• Provided Walkways for Pedestrians and Keep Mixed Use Business Open.
