Decatur:

The project consisted of a full restoration scope of work. The building had EIFS that needed to be replaced as well as its exterior gypsum board (see images below). 

Scope of Work:​

• Demo entire EFIS System

• Demo existing gypsum on entire building

• Apply Custom Metal flashing's around windows and doors

• Install new exterior Gypsum Drywall

• Install new Color Plus Siding - full building
